By installing or playing Sea Battle Survive you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies between you and Apple.

1. The game

Sea Battle Survive is an online game. We may change, add or remove features, modes, balance values, events and rewards, and may suspend the service for maintenance. Rankings, seasons and tournaments can be reset or adjusted to keep the game fair.

2. Your account

You may play as a guest or link Sign in with Apple or Game Center. Keep access to your device and linked accounts secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, tamper with the app or servers, manipulate rankings (including match-fixing and win-trading), harass others or use offensive display names. We may warn, suspend, ban, remove results or rewards, or reset ratings for violations.

4. Virtual items and purchases

Pearls, ships, passes and other virtual items are licensed to you for use in the game only, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are lost if the account is deleted. Paid purchases are processed by Apple; prices include applicable taxes. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). Unused items may be adjusted for balance reasons, but we will not remove items you paid for without a remedy.

5. Intellectual property

The game, its art, sounds and code belong to {{OWNER_NAME}} or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own. Sea Battle Survive is an independent game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any board-game or toy brand.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or service interruptions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Termination

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or if we discontinue the game.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{COUNTRY}}, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts there unless the law gives you another venue.

9. Changes and contact
